One of the most omnipresent connections between art
and maths is - "Sacred geometry". It's everywhere. In the leaves, in branches, in snails, even a single snowflake is filled with it.
And as simple as it looks, IT IS NOT.

For example, 'Kolam', that borrows a lot from sacred geometry and cymatics, can put a knot in one's mind while in the making, but can undo the knot in the viewer's mind when finished.

One of these evenings, I was feeling drawn to these patterns. As if I could see the meaning in every symmetry, every perfect circle, every continuous curve the nature has to present. And no sooner than I picked up my sketch book to draw a new Kolam, I received a message from Anusha, asking me if I could design 'Kolams' for her book of poetry.

Well, The Alchemist was right after all, about the connection between his
ever conspiring universe and our cute little wants.

Here comes.. the Kolams..!
